PIH Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled LVN Medical Practice Supervisor to join our Family Medicine team at the PIH Health Bloomfield Medical Office Building (BMF). This full-time, regular/at-will position is an integral part of our healthcare network that serves the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region.
As an LVN Medical Practice Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Manager or Director with the supervision of department operations and staff, ensuring office efficiency and smooth workflow. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing various procedures associated with routine patient encounters.Working closely with department leadership and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve problems.Maintaining positive relationships with patients, practitioners, management, and staff.Ensuring that the practice adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements.The successful candidate will be a strong patient advocate with excellent customer service skills, adept at maintaining quality control standards, and capable of interpreting, adapting, and applying guidelines and procedures. Time management skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to motivate department staff to achieve goals and establish effective working relationships.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $62,920.00 to $103,875.20 annually, reflecting the importance and expectations of the role within our healthcare network.
Qualifications:Current California LVN LicensureCurrent CPR cardMinimum 3 years clinical nursing experienceAbility to maintain composure & balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership experience (i.e., charge nurse, team lead)At least two years in a supervisory role in an ambulatory clinical setting preferredSkills:Knowledge of computerized practice management and electronic health record (EHR) systems, Windows, word processing, and spreadsheetsExperience with practice management and EHR computer systems desiredAbility to motivate department staff to achieve goals and establish effective working relationshipsExcellent communication skillsAbility to maintain quality control standardsAbility to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and proceduresTime management skillsExcellent customer service skills and a strong patient advocate
