Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in various medical settings.Duties:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal- Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals- Perform basic life support procedures when necessary- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations- Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and treatments- Assist with minor medical procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment administration- Support patients in primary care settings and emergency rooms- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely when neededRequirements:- Current LVN license in the state of practice- Proficiency in administering medications and injections- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common medical terminology- Experience working in emergency room (ER) or primary care settings is a plus- Ability to accurately assess vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition- Familiarity with dialysis procedures is beneficial- Strong communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with patients- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy lawsJoin our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
