M&A Private Equity Associate (0684)

Our client, a reputable law firm based in Chicago, is seeking a mid-level corporate group associate with three to six years of M&A and private equity transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience representing financial sponsors and strategic buyer/sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions. This includes the preparation of acquisition/disposition agreements, related closing documents, and closing transactions. Additional experience with capital formation, partnerships, and finance is beneficial. All candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
