This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure enterprises successfully implement and benefit from advanced LLM technologies. Key Responsibilities Technical Advisory and Implementation: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers exploring LLM and finetuning projects.Conduct proofs of concept and provide guidance on integration, deployment, and best practices.Customized Solutions: Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and configure solutions.Create tailored pilots, prototypes, and evaluation tools to demonstrate platform value.Technical Guidance and Support: Advise customers on architecture and setup for seamless integration into existing infrastructure.Propose solutions to overcome technical challenges.Onboarding and Adoption: Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation and post-launch support.Maintain an ongoing technical advisory role throughout the customer journey.Collaboration and Travel: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with customer objectives.Occasionally visit customer sites for workshops, support, and relationship-building.This position is perfect for those passionate about applying machine learning expertise to real-world enterprise challenges while fostering strong customer partnerships.
