Key Responsibilities Technical Advisory and ImplementationServe as the primary technical contact for customers exploring LLM and finetuning projects.Conduct proofs of concept and provide guidance on integration, deployment, and best practices.Customized SolutionsCollaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and configure solutions.Create tailored pilots, prototypes, and evaluation tools to demonstrate platform value.Technical Guidance and SupportAdvise customers on architecture and setup for seamless integration into existing infrastructure.Propose solutions to overcome technical challenges.Onboarding and AdoptionFacilitate customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation and post-launch support.Maintain an ongoing technical advisory role throughout the customer journey.Collaboration and TravelCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with customer objectives.Occasionally visit customer sites for workshops, support, and relationship-building.This position is perfect for those passionate about applying machine learning expertise to real-world enterprise challenges while fostering strong customer partnerships.
