The Role: As a Machine Learning Engineer I, you will be an integral part of our journey to lead the real estate industry into a digital-first future. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and deployment of AI/ML models across our suite of products.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product managers, AI scientists, and engineers to design, prototype, and implement generative AI models, descriptive and predictive analytics, ML, and forecasting models.Identify and explore opportunities for the application of machine learning, predictive analytics, forecasting, and generative AI.Research and implement various LLMs, use of RAG and Text-To-SQL patterns, and other generative AI techniques to enhance model performance and capabilities.Architect and develop operational models that can run at scale in collaboration with engineering teams.Build and deploy AI/ML models including data preparation/processing pipelines, machine learning orchestrations, deployments, scalability improvements, and service performance enhancements.Prepare database queries and visualizations for data analysis and statistical modeling.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and contribute modeling and programming expertise as a team player.Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, conduct research on state-of-the-art statistical and deep learning models, prototype new modeling ideas, and conduct offline and online experiments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Math/Computer Science, or a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in SQL, Python, and building production-grade software applications.Solid experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, and TensorFlow.Proficiency in database query, visualization, and analysis tools such as Power BI and Jupyter notebooks.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Self-driven with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong background in machine learning technology, especially in Deep Learning / Deep Neural Networks, NLP, OCR, NER, and ML frameworks.Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, big data systems such as Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, and software engineering best practices.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like GitLab/GitHub.Experience with Azure cloud services, AKS, Cognitive services, MLOps, Azure Data Framework is a plus.
