Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead our technical team. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of deploying scalable AI systems and has a track record of innovation and excellence in a high-stakes environment, preferably with both hyperscaler and startup experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and manage our ML infrastructure to ensure scalability and robustness of AI solutions.Drive the adoption of best practices in machine learning operations (MLOps) to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and healthcare professionals to align technical solutions with business goals.Assist in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models tailored to healthcare applications.Mentor junior engineers and team members, providing technical leadership and guidance.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, applying insights to our projects.Required Qualifications:

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field.3+ years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning models at scale.Proven experience with ML infrastructure and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) used for large-scale data processing and model deployment.Strong background in MLOps practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing of machine learning models.Prior technical leadership experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Desirable Skills:

Expertise in generative AI models, particularly those applicable to healthcare scenarios.Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in healthcare.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.Previous employment at a FAANG company or similar, with substantial involvement in AI/ML projects.What We Offer:
