The Crown Is YoursAs a Machine Learning Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of Machine Learning Platform Engineers to provide a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning platforms to drive business-critical projects forward. Your work will be critical as we continue to build and innovate our data platform. You and your team will collaborate closely with Data Science teams to build a world-class platform.
What you'll do as a Machine Learning Engineering ManagerPartner with Data Science teams to design and implement all components of a modern MLOps stack including feature store, model serving, and model monitoring.Manage hiring, training, and updates on team performance to management.Lead and mentor talented teams of Data and Machine Learning Platform Engineers of all levels, fostering development and career growth.Partner with Data Architecture teams and facilitate technical design discussions to help your team overcome hurdles.Utilize MLOps principles to drive the adoption of best practices across the team.Lead the development and maintenance of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and automation.What you'll bringAt least 5 years of experience in MLPlatform/Data Engineering management positions.Experience managing machine learning projects from concept to production, while mentoring engineers of all levels, and defining/contributing to team strategy.Extensive experience with data engineering and analytics platforms like Databricks.Strong background in MLOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes, Airflow), model serving tools (AWS SageMaker, Seldon), model observability frameworks, and feature stores.A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Join Our TeamWe're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
