Machine Operator (2Nd Shift)

SUMMARY:

We are seeking experienced machine operators for a plastic injection molding manufacturer.
Job entails operating plastic injection machines, using a paint spray gun, and basic quality control.
The individual should possess good basic math skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills.
Good communication skills are needed to interact with employees in multiple production areas.
We are looking for someone with a clean past work record, reliable transportation, and resourceful in resolving problems.
Candidates must have open availability during the week and weekends, and welcome overtime.

REQUIRED EXPEREINCE:

Previous machine operator experience is a must to be considered.

Plastics industry experience preferred (trimming, deburring plastic parts)

Previous use of air tools (hand sander, bizzer)Previous use of hand tools (utility knife, trimmers)

Lean Manufacturing - 5SSelf-directed/motivated

Works well with others with a great attitude

Work OT/Weekends and shift assigned

Must have HS / GED

Undergo and background check/physical and drug screen
