Machine Operator - Blow Molding

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations. Start up and set parameters for blow molding machines, ensuring correct operation and bottle quality. Clean and maintain molds and perform regular inspections of bottle testers to ensure proper functionality. Conduct quality checks on bottles and resolve any defects or issues independently. Keep work area organized and complete all required clean-up assignments. Skill Set: High school diploma or equivalent and proven experience operating blow molding machines or comparable equipment Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Proficiency in understanding and adjusting machine settings for optimal production. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly with blow molding, is preferred. Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
