Job Description JOB DETIALS Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Monday - Friday Base pay starts at $17.00 - $19.00 per hour DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITES Ability to be trained to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, to be able to receive instructions on customer orders to run through the machinery Setup machinery to perform requested operations for customer orders requiring the ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations Operate machines to produce the correct items for orders while remaining standing in an upright position for long periods of time and moving about on foot Will bend, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach at or above shoulder level Will lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds and more with assistance Will be trained to use forklift to transport heavy weight metal coils Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion. May assist in report inventory levels to management Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner according to company and OSHA safety guidelines Wear the proper protective equipment as required Qualifications 2 years production and/or shipping experience, preferably in the metals and materials industry Ability to comprehend and execute work assignments with minimal follow up Customer service and quality driven High level of mechanical aptitude Ability to be cross trained in other functions Ability to use diverse hand tools and equipment to perform duties Basic math, reasoning, problem solving and computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Additional Information Site Address: 40602 US-290, Waller, TX 77484
