DetailsLocated in: Lake City, MN Starting at: $19.50 per hour  Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour Shift Details: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Core Hours) Monday – Thursday OT as needed Full Time / Direct Hire  Benefits of Working for HHTBenefits that start Day 1: Health Care: full medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays  401k with company match Access to Earnings On a Daily Basis Profit Sharing – Quarterly (Eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service) $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement (Eligible after 1 year of service)  Machine Tech Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metal Shake-out & staging of parts Physically shakes or picks parts out of sheet metal skeleton Utilizing a forklift to: Load material & off-load cut parts  Empty scrap dumpsters into large take-a-way hopper Troubleshooting machine alarms May use an overhead crane to unload steel and load machine (as required by dept.).May use fork truck to load materials.Partner with internal customers to coordinate parts delivery and production timeline to meet or exceed external customer expectations.Complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule.Skills and Abilities Works with a high level of self-direction.  Rotates cell assignments according to job rotation schedule.This position has a direct impact on the quality of product produced.Duties may involve a higher cost impact to the organization such as higher scrap exposure or higher probability of quality errors.May be required to train and direct others as needed.Ability to troubleshoot.Preferred Qualifications 1 + years' experience in a manufacturing position preferredPrevious experience with operating a variety of manufacturing machines preferredPrevious forklift operating experience preferred
