Mailroom Clerk

Mailroom Clerk Location: Santa Monica, CA - Onsite
Pay Rate: $21.50 Duration: 2 months
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Primary Responsibilities Delivery Services Distribute mail and packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and messengered packages along designated routes. Utilize mail carts for efficient delivery of items within the facility. Mail and Shipment Processing Ship packages and mail using meter machines, Worldship, and FedEx.com. Maintain a record of shipments and ensure timely dispatch of all outgoing mail. Assist in organizing conference rooms as needed for meetings.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies for efficient operations. Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
