Responsibilities
• Place expedited orders into expedited envelopes for delivery• Review primary sort for ongoing activity changes• Complete mailroom audits for accuracy• Match multiple quantity orders and prepare for shipping• Ensure packages are labeled properly for delivery vendors and moves Gaylords using hand jack for pallets upon arrival of shipping carrier into trailer for outgoing delivery• Moves pallets upon arrival of FedEx or other shipping carrier into trailer using hand jack for pallets for outgoing delivery• Generate and submit mail reports and paperwork• Work with management to identify and resolve delays in delivery issues• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience• Forklift training• Checking Skills Speed - Average• Accuracy - Above Average• Numerical skills - Above Average• Reading Comprehension• Computer Skills - Above Average
