Onsite Only – Springfield, OH Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
The Mail Services Specialist perform various functions in the department: The candidate must be able to work in a fast passed environment.
The Candidate must be able to quickly learn multiple procedures and apply these procedures to the incoming or outgoing mail.
Candidates must be able to deliver results with high quality and production standards.
The candidate will open, prepare and scan incoming mail documents.
May also be responsible for prepping incoming electronic mail, preparing outgoing overnight packages, or operating mail equipment.
Overtime may be required.
Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to make good decisions.
Candidate must have good organizational skills and ability to learn multiple policies and procedures.
