\n Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventative maintenance functions, ensuring reliability and performance across key systems and the facility.Audit PMs and task lists, providing feedback for improvement, verifying parts lists for accuracy, and ensuring updated documentation.Assist with maintenance projects.Manage external service providers such as pest control, cleaning and landscaping.Lead or assist in the development and revision of SOPs for equipment operation and maintenance.Enter all maintenance data into Master Control for utilization tracking and provide detailed feedback on completed tasks.Coordinate and prioritize daily workloads to meet production and operational needs.Record, escalate, and communicate major issues or temporary repairs to Maintenance Management to ensure timely resolution.Support the team with motivation and engagement while fostering a positive work environment.Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to minimize equipment downtime and technical losses.Collaborate with upper management on critical equipment decisions and strategic planning.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment and process failures, providing actionable corrective insights.Provide feedback to Maintenance Management and system owners on scheduled work to ensure tasks are effectively executed. Key Systems and EquipmentBoiler/Chiller SystemsHVAC systems, including ISO 5/ISO 8 and laboratory environmentsLN2 refrigerationReverse Osmosis with EDI Purified Water SystemsWater for Injection (WFI) / Clean Steam generation and distributionPoint-of-use WFI cooling systemsBuilding Management Systems (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS) with alarm reporting and resolutionRobotics, including troubleshooting and repair for automation systemsPLC systems: reading, interpreting, and troubleshooting to support automation and manufacturing processesVial/syringe filling stationsHomogenizing, microfluidic, and DeBee equipmentSterile IV bagging systemsGMP-related equipment and processes Qualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical discipline, such as Industrial Maintenance Technology. (5 years of experience may substitute for an Associate's degree.)Robotics and Automation: Experience with troubleshooting, and repairing robotic systems.PLC Expertise: Ability to read and interpret PLC code for troubleshooting purposes.Strong foundation in troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems (up to 480VAC 3-phase), including motor starters, switches, and sensors, using tools like multimeters and amp probes.Familiarity with interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, as well as mechanical drawings, to resolve component-level issues.Maintain effective communication during shifts and with the broader Maintenance team to address assistance requests promptly.
