Maintenance Assistant- Office Based (Must Now How To Use Tels)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
This role will focus exclusively on office support and TELs management, ensuring seamless administrative operations and communication systems.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and maintaining accurate records and files

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests

- Processing work orders and tracking progress

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Maintaining office supplies and inventory

- Troubleshooting basic technical issues with phones, computers, and other office equipment

- Assisting with data entry and reporting as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)


- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in an office setting or administrative role

- Familiarity with maintenance or facilities management software
