Compensation Range: $20.00-23.00/hr Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

Responsibilities Actively involved with conserving physical assets of the facility, both administratively and residentially.  Reviews and promptly responds to reports and recommendations as assigned and directed by Director of Operations.  Monitors day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the facility and reports all housing issues to Director of Operations.  Perform repairs, painting, small job installs, and other tasks on a timely basis.  Organization and positive accountability tools that may be harmful.  Product knowledge of appliances and warranty information as well as damage costs.  Accurately organize inventory facility supplies, equipment and tools.  Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.  Assists in new projects as required.  Submit weekly supply requests to Director of Operations.  This is a full-time, hourly position that will work Monday through Friday.  Qualifications High School Diploma  Ability to handle multiple priorities  Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations and trainings  Competent in organizational, time management skills  Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills  Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and prioritize task with minimal supervision  Not sure if you meet all the qualifications ?
