Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain the pool area and exercise room• Keep grounds and parking lot clean, including weed removal• Fix any maintenance problems and report issues that require professional help• Ensure housekeeping supplies are stocked and exterior lights are working• Inspect guest rooms and maintain inventory in stock room• Follow safety protocols and report safety hazards• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Highschool Diploma/GED required• Hospitality experience preferred• Craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience in production maintenance preferred• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred• Highly motivated and able to work independently
