Maintenance Lead Worker

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The maintenance lead position is responsible for assigning and facilitating daily work and project priorities through the electronic work order and PM system, and providing support for all patients, colleagues and visitors of Hancock County Health Service locations.
Provides maintenance services to all HCHS facilities.
Adhere to industry quality and safety standards.
Participates in department call schedule on a rotating basis.


HOURS:

Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, will include call rotation.


QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Advanced technical training related to building and equipment maintenance desirable.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a field related to mechanical, electrical or HVAC field preferred.
Must possess and maintain an active Iowa Driver's License.
Must live within 20 minutes of hospital for call purposes. Must have or be willing to become a State of Iowa licensed boiler operator.
Must be able to operate a Windows based computer along with Microsoft and other software.
