Skill ** A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, with at least 4 years in a management position in a food manufacturing environment. Bachelors degree in Industrial Mechanics or a related field, or relevant technical certifications. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects effectively. Experience in food safety practices, including SQF auditing and compliance.
