Maintenance Manager ** Fresno, CA (relocation assistance provided)
Role * Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team in overseeing production, packaging, and facilities maintenance. This role will drive our commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key * Lead the supervisory team in maintaining production, packaging, shipping, and receiving equipment.Oversee facilities maintenance, including landscaping, utilities, and building repairs.Develop and manage planner and scheduler activities.Inspect completed work for adherence to standards and specifications.Ensure maintenance schedules align with estimates; enforce safety regulations and company policies.Supervise new equipment installations and ensure critical departmental metrics are achieved.Establish and manage a dynamic preventative maintenance (PM) and work order program, ensuring USDA compliance.Control departmental budgets and manage equipment repair documentation in EAM & CMMS.Develop and implement a skills assessment program to leverage team strengths.Champion root cause analysis to reduce equipment failures. ** Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) and 10+ years in food manufacturing maintenance.Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, PLCs, refrigeration, and boilers.Strong leadership with experience in FDA/USDA regulated environments.Proficiency in MS Office; CMMS experience preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
