Maintenance Manager

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead a team of up to 10-12 maintenance techs in a 3 shift injection molding and paint operation for the heacy truck industry.
As Maintenance Manager you will: Establish departmental goals to support production, program launches, and strategic initiativesLead the Maintenance team to achieve KPI targetsMaintain the manufacturing assets of the plantProvide training and continuous improvement development of the Maintenance teamDrive Preventive and Predictive MaintenanceDevelop and maintain associate safety standardsSupport ISO14000 and IATF standards Your strengths to be successful should include: Associates degree or a Journeyman Card preferred Minimum of 5 years in a leadership roleInjection molding experience reqouiredExperience with automated paint lines a plusExperience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment.PLC controls experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication skillsWillingness to work a flexible schedule when needed You will enjoy: Great benefits that begin DAY ONE of your employmentBeing a part of a growing company that has grown from 3 plants to 8 plants in 5 states with over 1800 employees and is continuing to growHaving the opportunity for future career growth Preference for local/commutable candidates.
