Work from blueprints, diagrams, job request forms, written and/or verbal instructions. Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs to all production and related equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose machine problems. Install replacement parts fabricate and install new parts. Make additions and modifications to machinery. Set-up and operate typical machine shop tools, producing parts to tolerances and Company specifications. Perform hand and bench operations using various small and hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Responsible for daily maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintain necessary records. Move materials as necessary. Assistant other maintenance and production department employees with major projects. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follow all GMP, safety and company rules and regulations. Perform other duties as required or directed. Associated degree in Applies Science or other technical degree preferred, or 3 + years' experience in industrial maintenance. High School diploma or GED Must possess excellent communication skills Must have excellent attendance Maintain a safe work environment Must be able to work overtime as required Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner Ability to read and write.
