So, what will the Maintenance Operations Analyst at Terrestris do? The Maintenance Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing and overseeing maintenance processes within an organization. This includes collecting and analyzing data related to maintenance activities, generating reports, and identifying areas for operational improvements. What does a typical day look like for a Maintenance Operations Analyst? A Maintenance Operations Analyst's day is dynamic. The role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, and managing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks. The analyst also supports inventory management by tracking spare parts and equipment, as well as assisting in budget preparation and cost control. Additionally, the position requires familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS), system improvement, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
What qualifications do you look for? You
might be the person we're looking for if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in operations management or business management.
OR
• 5+ years' experience in Material Maintenance Analytics at the BDE Support Operations Level or the Division Logistics Management Level.
AND
• Common Core GCSS-Army Training and Certification system (GTRAC) certifications: GCSS-A Overview, Basic Navigation, Intermediate Navigation, Data Mining, Process Flow, and Using the EUM+.
AND
• Select Business Area Specific GTRAC Certificates: Equipment Records Part Specialist, Maintenance Supervisor, and S4.
AND
• Any two Supplemental GTRAC Training Certificates. (Advanced GTRAC system usage, maintenance and support training, data analysis and reporting, compliance and regulatory training, system administration, software integration, and security awareness)
