Maintenance Planner

As aMaintenance Planner,you will be responsible for maintaining the Freeport facility to be safe and reliable and for the equipment to perform as designed and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), sanitation/safety/regulatory requirements and divisional goals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Integrated Turnaround Plan including Maintenance PM's and WO's with IP projects in agreement with IP project manager following SOP #: DNPAM-OPS-SOP-000711 FP3-MT-004 Turnaround Process.
Coordinate Turnaround tracking meeting and steering committee.
Lead SAP priority 3, 4 and T work orders from initiation to completion identifying resource requirements including inhouse and/or external contractor labor, equipment rent, spare parts, and/or materials.
Coordinate and schedule (N – 1) together the Reliability Engineer the execution of the Mechanical Integrity Program including scaffolding and insulation requirement defining and documenting scope of work, including inspections, repairs, and/or modifications as requested by the API inspector/NDE examinator.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other functional staff to ensure readiness and resource availability.

You bring:
High School diploma or GED with Journeyman Certification in two or more traditional craft disciplines or bachelor's degree in any discipline will be considered.
10 or more years Maintenance or equivalent Construction experience with demonstrated troubleshooting/diagnostic/planning techniques.
Scheduling and planning long term repairs, plant pit stops and Turnaround maintenance experience
Experience with red line P&IDs.
Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and piping schematics/drawings.
Experience with sketching/drawing out mechanical/Electrical components and circuits.
