Responsibilities Collect maintenance requests, analyze, prioritize, and plan activities based on priority, cost, and equipment availability. Plan and schedule PM activity. Maintain and improve PM database (SAP PM Module). Review daily production downtime and add or adjust PM plans to reduce production problems. Facilitate communication between maintenance and production departments. Improve PM routines to maximize production efficiency and minimize break-down interventions. Maintain tracking of maintenance supplies used during regular maintenance. Improve stores operation and procedure with a careful, proactive approach to spare part asset management. Order parts and service and create new part numbers as needed. Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports as needed. Occasionally serve as backup to Maintenance Supervisor as needed. Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum seven (7) years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP PM Module preferred). Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations and standards. Knowledge of standard maintenance practices. Computer skills in MS Windows environment; Moderate skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
