The Opportunity We are in need of a real "go-getter" who can make an immediate impact on our Property Management division in North Houston! As a Residential Maintenance Project Manager, you will work manage a portfolio of 30+ single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in North Houston and surrounding areas. In this role, you will travel to properties to perform inspections, coordinate maintenance repairs and oversee large renovations, hold vendors accountable, and protect the investment of our landlords.
*This is NOT a hands-on maintenance or construction role. This is a project management role where you will oversee renovation projects and residential repairs/maintenance for a portfolio of properties managed by our company. This role will require daily travel across Clarksville and surrounding areas. A company vehicle will be available for use. *
