Objectives
The MRW Custodian is well-versed in a spectrum of cleaning techniques, equipped with the knowledge of various cleaning agents and the proficient use of cleaning tools and equipment.
Demonstrating a keen attention to detail, this individual ensures that every aspect of the facility is thoroughly cleaned, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
The custodian is not merely confined to the indoor spaces but actively contributes to the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the immediate outdoor grounds.
A distinctive aspect of this role involves active participation in the operation of an on-site recycling center.
Additionally, responsibilities extend to handling Styrofoam condensing and managing the shredding of confidential papers for both the county agency and customers.
This role not only contributes to the physical upkeep of the facilities but also aligns with broader goals of sustainability, safety, and creating a positive and functional environment for both staff and visitors.
