Maintenance Supervisor - 3Rd Shift

The QTI Group is recruiting for a 3rd shift DIRECT HIRE Maintenance Supervisor position for a well-known manufacturing company in Reedsburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history and the ability to manage detailed and physical work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Direct, plan, and coordinate 3rd shift operations for the Maintenance department to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production. Develop and maintain an effective machinery maintenance program, including preventive maintenance.Ensure quality of repairs, scheduling of repair work, diagnosis of equipment problems, and adequate supplies of materials and/or parts required to complete repairs. Work closely with production control and manufacturing departments to schedule maintenance and/or repairs at appropriate times.Qualifications: Requires high school diploma.Apprenticeship or related associate degree, or equivalent.5-7 years' experience in a supervisor role.
