Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)Location: Belvidere, NJOnsiteThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance support to production areas, facility and utilities in accordance with Key Performance measure, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety / regulatory requirements, and operational goals. Assists, coaches and ensures Maintenance Technicians conduct maintenance work in a safe, efficient and effective manner. Determines the allocation of resources to enable optimal attainment of site and departmental goals. Responsible for overall repair and maintenance of facility and equipment to minimize down time, meet production requirements, and satisfactory audits.Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) process for all maintenance-initiated change requests.Manages the performance of maintenance employees by approving time and attendance records, reviewing work documentation, ensuring adequate employee training, implementing corrections to issues in a timely manner (including disciplinary issues) and performing annual performance reviews. This extends to VFDs, PLCs, Motors, MCC and Substation Equipment.Requires knowledge of electrical testing procedures, results and interpretationRequires the ability to read schematics, specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.Requires knowledge of preventive, predictive and planned maintenance, and typical electrical work such as motor testing, cable testing.
