WinnCompanies is a Maintenance Supervisor I to join our team at Green Hotel Apartments, a 88-unit residential community located in Cameron Park, CA. The position reports to the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm with a rotated on-call schedule.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage maintenance staff at the property daily and perform as working supervisor when not supervising staff.Assist in hiring, developing, training, and holding staff accountable to operating standards.Conduct and participate in weekly staff meetings.Responsible for preparing work schedules for maintenance staff and vendors to complete service requests, maintain the preventive maintenance program and overall curb appeal.Complete monthly building and unit inspections to ensure property is maintained to operating standards.Review third party property inspections to resolve maintenance repairs.Maintain working knowledge of all maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.Solicit bids from contractors with approval from the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager.Participate in on call activity during off hours and emergencies.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.3-5 years of relevant work experience.Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC.CAMT certification.Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.Excellent customer service skills.Knowledge of job concepts, practices, policies and some understanding of budgets.Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and priorities.Availability for on-call activity on a rotated schedule.A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.Solid verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Plumbing or HVAC Certification.Preferred QualificationsVocational or technical training.REAC experience.HVAC, asbestos, or lead-based paint certifications.Experience with Real Page or One Site property management software.Our Benefits: Permanent full-time US employees are eligible to participate in the following benefits:
