This opportunity offers a pay of $67,600 annually.
\n ResponsibilitiesDay to day oversight of maintenance team members by maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the technicians, subcontractors, and residential service coordinators to facilitate the service and COM requirements for the location assigned. Adjust technician's schedules as needed to complete all work requests in a timely manner. Develop and support technicians. Assist in the coordination of technician training, truck stock inventories, vacation planning, and company meetings.    May be responsible for duties of Maintenance Technicians, Service Order Coordinators, COM coordinators and other Field Supervisors in their absence or as required. Quality Control Activities and Subcontractor verification. Perform Quality Control checks for service request process for technician and subcontracted work to ensure time and quality expectations are met. Perform Quality Control checks throughout the COM process for technician and subcontracted work to ensure time and quality expectations are met.  Service Order Coordination or COM Coordination. Service Order Coordination includes investigation resident complaints and resolve when possible and coordinating subcontractor work and schedule specialty work to be performed outside of the normal appointment system. COM Coordination includes scope and identify tasks required for COM including estimating time and cost to complete repairs, coordinating contractor work.  RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferredCarpentry, painting, plumbing, electric, HVAC or appliance certification preferred3 -5 years previous work-related experience1 year previous supervisory experience preferredMust have a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations PolicyMust be able to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with organization staff, clients and familiesAble to communicate clearly and effectively in writing with internal and external customersAble to demonstrate full working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures and policies with the ability to use in varied situationsAble to work collaboratively in small teams to improve the operations of immediate work groupProvide a high level of customer service and staff training to meet customer service standards and expectations. Resolves service issues in the area(s) of responsibility in a timely and respectful manner
