Responsibilities
• Maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times• Insuring a clean and well maintained living environment• Anticipating, identifying, and correcting problems involving the property• Implementing procedures to prevent problems• Supervising and ensuring proper maintenance of the property and grounds• Reviewing work orders, prioritizing, and completing in a timely manner• Developing schedules and managing make-ready program• Coordinating with vendors and contractors• Implementing preventative maintenance plan• Identifying maintenance and safety issues and managing repair process
Requirements
• Passion for one's work and excellent communication skills• Minimum of 2 years of related experience• Prior experience in Multifamily Community maintenance preferred• Plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting skills preferred• Valid Driver's License• EPA or HVAC certification; CPO certification preferred• Successful completion of background check and possessing a valid driver's license
