```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of our facility. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively supervise a team.
```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and other equipment issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance history
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and techniques
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes
```Skills:```
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage
- Proficiency in mechanical maintenance techniques
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices
