The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for assisting in the physical upkeep and maintenance of both the interior and exterior building(s) and surrounding property.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is between $23.80 - $32.20 per hour and will vary based on skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future salary and career growth.
