JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Maintenance Technician provides support in maintaining enterprise property in a safe, operable and efficient manner.
This includes performing assistance in maintenance and repair operations of facilities, property, equipment, vehicles, grounds, and appropriate documentation.
A Maintenance Technician directly reports to the Facility Manager and is required to use independent judgment when performing job tasks/providing services to work semi-autonomously, and to consult with and advise the Facility Manager when necessary.
As part of Centerstone's team-oriented philosophy, a Maintenance Technician is expected to actively participate in variety of cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.
MINIMUM CREDENTIALS/REQUIREMENTS
Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of five years' experience in maintenance and repair operations
Valid driver's license
Must have general computer navigation skills, Outlook, and Microsoft suite experience required
Starting salary: $18.50/hr
