2 year associate degree or 5 years of related experience and training in Industrial Electronics.
Working knowledge of Windows 95 MS Word, Excel and Access
Understanding of the United Stars Lockout/Tagout Procedures
Working knowledge and understanding of high voltage (480/240vac)
Read and understand electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints and systems
Training and experience in trouble shooting of A/B Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and the associated programs.
Working knowledge and repair of ink printers.
Working knowledge and understanding of the National Electrical Code and NFPA 79
Manage and lead small projects
Responsible for the safe repair and installation of machines, tools, crane, truck, motor, machine control, generator and power equipment electrical systems, welding machines, controls, motors and machinery, etc.
Install and repair lighting and conduit systems
Assemble electrical test and control equipment
Analyze and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, computer and control malfunctions
Perform related miscellaneous work as required.
Will be required to perform general plant maintenance
Working knowledge of plant air compressor
Self motivated and able to motivate others
Follow safety policies and procedures.
Maintain safe and clean working environment.
Attend all safety meetings.
Follow TS16949 Policy and Procedures for your areas.
Able to work overtime, good written and communication skills
Employee must be open to working any shift.
Managing process and material flows, space management, and working with the Engineering group to maximize utilization of space designated for specific operations area
Fills out appropriate paperwork daily
Use 5s (Sort, Straighten, Sweep, Standardize and Self-Discipline) to maintain work area.
Help to achieve ZERO accidents.
