Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional HVAC Maintenance Technician with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Long Branch, New Jersey location.
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 1pm-9pm & Saturday 9am-5pm Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00/hr.
The HVAC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing tasks in a timely manner for all day-to-day operations in the building. The technician must be able to move dumpsters unassisted and clean trash rooms and common areas. The technician will also assist the building's superintendent with any tasks assigned.
Responsibilities: Perform manual repairs when necessary.Perform maintenance of electrical systems.Conduct general upkeep procedures.Assist with other tasks as assigned.Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in light plumbing.Experience in fixing locks, replacing windows, and cork windows.Experience in landscaping.Experience with boilers and HVAC systems.Experience in basic carpentry, sheetrock, roofing, and painting.Benefits: Weekly PayMedical, Dental, 401KVisionEmployee Referral Program
