As the Maintenance Technician you would be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Industrial Machines. Duties/Responsibilities Perform emergency/reactive repairs of production equipment. Maintain equipment according to Preventative Maintenance program and maintenance work orders. Responsible for facility maintenance. Complete and submit maintenance documentation and issue new improvement opportunities for review. Provide ideas and solutions to unplanned equipment downtime through design change, inspection techniques or monitoring. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls. Read and understand equipment manuals, design drawings and electrical schematics to complete reactive and preventative maintenance. Assist in 5S Pay and Shift info Starting pay is $21/hr or higher, based on experience 2nd shift 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm, with $1.50 shift differential. Must be available to train on 1 st shift for 4-6 weeks. Temp to Hire opportunity with the company. Skills/Qualifications 5 years' experience in Industrial Maintenance preferred. Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Fabrication and welding experience. Willingness to support maintenance activities on other shifts or on weekends as needed. High School Diploma or GED. Will be subject to a 10-panel drug screen and other pre-employment screening.
