Express Employment is hiring for 2 Maintenance Technicians at a Resort in Gatlinburg, TN.
1st shift 8am-4:30pm
Pays $16.00/hr.
Essential
Functions/Experience
Include:
Performs guest room and public area maintenance and repairs
Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, spackling (drywall) required
Exterior building maintenance repairs as needed
Cleaning and monitoring outdoor common areas
Maintain pools and hot tubs
Grounds maintenance
Completes preventive maintenance checklists
Good verbal communication
Preferred experience:
Plumbing, Carpentry skills, Painting, Drywall etc.
