Here, you will make an impact by: Capable of quickly coming up to speed and becoming fully competent in the diagnosis, trouble-shooting and repair of the equipment listed below: Pick and place robotics, indexing tables, vibratory feeder bowls, conveyors, box erectors, vertical baggers, in-line packaging machines, dot matrix printers ,pumps, mixers, dispensing systems for fluids , air-vey units , microwave dryers, air powered handling systems, laser, UV curing , presses, loaders, and ultra sonic welding Electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and repair Knowledgeable in PLC's, AC and DC drives Operational knowledge in high-speed assembly and packaging machinery repair, installation, modification and adjustments Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start) Minimum (3) years of industrial maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Two year technical degree in a maintenance field Experience installing, diagnosing and repairing high speed assembly and/or automated packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment. Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical power supply, machine control device, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment(s) in a manufacturing environment.
