This includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, performing preventative maintenance and unit inspections/rehabilitation as scheduled by the Community Director.JOB DUTIES:Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director.Complete required property and unit inspections and ensure any follow-up work is completed as scheduled.Provide quality and professional service to residents.Ensure that all equipment, vehicles and shop areas are kept clean.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech in the Multifamily industry is preferred.Certification in HVAC is preferred.Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions.Customer service skillsAbility to be in the on-call rotationCORE VALUES:The Right Thing.
