Every Tosca employee can be proud of doing their part to reduce food waste.Our team members are provided with a wide range of programs to help them reach their full potential — personally and professionally.Tosca Participates in E-VerifyJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting all aspects of building maintenance and upkeep including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustment, and repairs on mechanical and electrical service center utilities and systems to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and within Tosca safety, quality, and business standards.Job Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and work with our operations team to address and resolve equipment and manufacturing system obstacles and mechanical/electrical problemsSupport all aspects of building maintenance and upkeep, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and other general building maintenance needsResponsible for preventive maintenance, problem-solving, and other duties as assignedTroubleshoot recurring equipment problems and find solutions with the maintenance teamResponsible for understanding and implementing all pertinent OSHA and internal safety standardsDemonstrate a clear understanding and strictly adhere to the Lockout/Tagout ProgramQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentThree years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipmentBasic computer proficiency including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTOElectrical knowledge including schematics, PLC, 480v/3 phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logicSolid understanding of industrial mechanical principles including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controlsFamiliarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plusWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime according to needsWork ScheduleWork Schedule for 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM M-F
