Description:Report to the Division Leader.
Responsible for ensuring all facilities and equipment are presentable and in proper working condition for our valuable customers.Essential Functions:•Manage day-to-day preventative maintenance logs on equipment at all locations.•Perform ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs•Painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, car wash repairs and troubleshooting.•Snow Plowing all company locations.•Follow up on tasks to verify timely completion and quality of work done.•Effectively communicate and maintain strong working relationship with Division Leader at each location.•Secure the assets of the company.Non-Essential Functions:•Communicate effectively with Leader any customer concerns, complaints, product requests, etc.•Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform.•Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment to ensure facilities are presentable.•Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and customers.Requirements:Must be knowledgeable in basic heating, electrical, plumbing, and assembly.
Must have own vehicle and tools.
Capable of solving problems quickly.
Flexible with schedule.
Willing to be on call every other weekend.
Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers.
Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must have efficient multi-tasking and time management skills.
