Responsibilities
• Schedule and prioritize service requests• Repair and replace materials in apartments and common areas• Monitor completion of service requests and ensure customer satisfaction• Implement preventative maintenance programs• Complete move in/move out reports• Identify and correct hazardous conditions• Share on-call responsibilities• Assist with inventory and supply ordering• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience• Knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance programs• Basic computer skills• Ability to work independently• Excellent time management skills• Positive and team-oriented attitude• Must provide own hand tools• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Regular attendance, punctuality, and dependability• Desired: knowledge/experience with heating and air conditioning systems• Desired: HVAC certification or ability to obtain• Desired: EPA Certification or ability to obtain• Desired: CPO (Certified Pool Operator) or ability to obtain
