The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance on all manufacturing plant equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Repair of production equipment from basic hydraulic equipment to complex CNC machinery, performing both electrical and mechanical workElectrical 480V 3 phase and control voltage experienceImplement plant improvements and modifications as assigned Communicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with your customer as to important repair steps taken, parts ordered, and time estimated until completionAbility to express intelligently core hydraulic and electrical principlesExperience in PLC and/or CNC, and test equipment repair proceduresBasic Microsoft Office knowledge and/or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) knowledge is preferredExcellent verbal/written communication and customer service skillsHighly disciplined, problem-solver, logical thinking, troubleshooting team player with a strong work ethicAble to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbsWork with Operations to schedule maintenance of machinery as to minimize downtime during peak production timesAbility to read and interpret measuring devicesAssist with office or production area moves, coordinating with other pertinent departmentsDevelop and maintain a positive working relationship with all departmentsOther duties as assignedKnowledge of machine schematics and control diagramsKnowledgeable of compressed air systemsCapable of working on and keeping track of several projects at a timeEducationGraduation from a standard high school or vocational school is preferred but not required.Additional training or experience is acceptableSafety-sensitive position Salary: Competitive wagesMonthy bonus based on productivity and profitsBenefits: 401k with employer matchMedical/Dental/Vision with Disability & Life upon election of medicalFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid holidays in addition to paid vacation (based upon tenure)Monthly bonusesAttendance BonusesAPPLY NOW:
