We take pride in the appearance and maintenance of our communities, and our residents tell us this is one of the most important reasons they choose to call us home.You will provide exemplary service to residents and team members.With general direction, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs (i.e. replace AC filters and light bulbs, repair and paint walls, clean common areas, etc.)Completion of basic apartment turn, troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks, install and replace sinks, faucets, and toilets.
