What you'll do: Conduct office drug and alcohol testing following Tomo Drug Testing proceduresTesting will be performed for workplace, court and student testing programs Maintain and upkeep Tomo owned equipment Record tests completed through billables on a daily basis Coordinate and submit testing paperwork daily Submit client updates to the program administration department, if applicable Provide client feedback and growth opportunities to your District Manager Create raving fans through customer service Other reasonably related duties as assigned Note: While this is primarily an office position, you will be cross trained for workplace/onsite testing with the following expectations: Conduct onsite drug and alcohol testing following Tomo Drug Testing procedures Be a proficient and safe driver What you bring: A desire to make a difference Excellent customer service capabilities The ability to problem solve and think independently Quick learner with a high capacity for new information and skills Basic computer skills Benefits available (Full Time): Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Supplemental insurance Holidays and vacation time Hours: 30-35 hours a week
