Management Analyst III (U.S. Citizen) NOTE: This position is for our forthcoming long-term federal project. Please review the requirements carefully.

Daily Responsibilities Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short/long term organizational growth and success.Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on federal assignments. Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual status), as mandated by the government client.Must be local to the San Antonio TX area (no convenience travel).Must have an active Public Trust Investigation.6+ years of demonstrated experience in the above referenced responsibilities in a federal government project/environment.BS/BA degree or equivalent experience may be substituted for a 4-year degree.
